Situated on 240 acres in the south of Salt Lake Valley, the Owell Precast plant is home to the many businesses that cooperate and support each other: Salt Lake Valley Sand and Gravel, Valley Ready Mix, Valley Crane and Rigging, Verti-Crete, and of course, Owell Precast. This coalition of skills, equipment and services brings a seamless experience to our customers that goes unmatched.
Through our facility, Owell is able to offer our customers:
- A dedicated precast building that allows for casting during Utah winters. A new, larger building is nearly completed.
- Private equipment fleet including semi-trucks and cranes for installation
- On-site quality control to ensure product caliber before it ships
- PCI and NPCA certifications
